Customer Success Associate Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales goals while driving key strategies of retail growth. This includes leveraging operational excellence, department category development, and franchise capabilities.
This role requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service skills, great selling skills, and exhibit motivation to succeed. The associate must also demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talent.
Responsibilities include building customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through. This involves maintaining an up-to-date and detailed client book, following all Cultivate requirements, and using courtesy and relationship emails to engage with customers.
Additionally, the associate will be responsible for maintaining the visual standards according to Burberry guidelines. This includes understanding and executing monthly floorsets, placing and/or hanging back items as needed, replenishing merchandise after selling, and folding and placing merchandise on the correct hanger.
The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in stock room maintenance, keep it organized, and be responsible for stock pulled. They will also assist in the mark down process, bi-annual inventory process, pre-sale goals, store contests, and other tasks as required.
Key qualifications include a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. The associate should also have a relevant interest in Fashion/Design, advanced knowledge of POS and store systems, and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Measures of success include achieving individual and store sales goals targets, UPT, ATV, Client Development, and providing excellent customer service through Burberry Experience Evaluations.
