WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our Business Development teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of battery recycling.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Your responsibilities
* Assist in the development and optimization of new business models related to battery recycling.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.
* Support the pricing strategy by analyzing costs, market data, and customer feedback to propose competitive pricing models.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to gather insights and ensure alignment on product offerings.
* Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration, and develop proper marketing activities.
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
* Engage in various tasks to support the overall business development process, including outreach to potential clients and partners.
Your profile
What you need to succeed
* Experience in business development, sales and marketing departments, preferred in a startup or consulting environment.
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in business development and market dynamics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
* A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in the recycling and clean tech sectors.
* Fluent business English and German skills
