Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Develop programs for Division specific trainings
2. Support our digital learning transformation strategy
3. Account-, project- and stakeholder management
4. Creation and maintenance of the learning products
5. Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learnings
6. Analyze, design and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and the GEA Academy standards and processes
Your Profile / Qualifications
7. Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)
8. Several years of experience in relevant function (HR, Business Education/Development)
9. Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
10. Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
11. Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
12. Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
13. Experience in project management
14. Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm
15. Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit.
