IT Service Desk Coordinator Job Description
This role is designed to support both internal and external users by providing technical assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
The IT Service Desk coordinator will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and goals are met. This includes physical and telephone reception of users, organizing on-call duties and ensuring that all necessary protocols are respected.
The IT Service Desk coordinator will also be responsible for regular review of KPIs, IT systems support and management, inventory and IT hardware management, SCCM/Intune deployments, and maintenance of the service desk.
This role requires:
* A strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments.
* Experience with ticket management and support tools.
* Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
* Basic understanding of IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals).
* Fluent in French and English.
In addition to these responsibilities, the IT Service Desk coordinator will be required to have flexible working hours (8am to 6pm) and at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
