* Technical responsibility & standards: You define and monitor the technical standards within our projects. Code reviews and coaching of project team members are second nature to you.
* Solution architecture: You design robust and scalable solution architectures for our projects.
* CI/CD pipelines: You develop and manage corresponding CI/CD pipelines to automate the development process.
* Automated quality assurance: You use tools and methods for automated quality assurance to ensure the reliability and stability of our software.
* Support for selecting internal and external staff: You are actively involved in selecting and evaluating internal and external staff to ensure we win the best talents for our projects.

* Fundamental knowledge and ideally certifications in planning and implementing software solutions (web and mobile)
* Expertise and ideally certifications in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools, such as React, Vue.js, Java, Docker, SQL, Git, Azure DevOps
* Several years of experience in applying agile methods and collaborative software development, such as pair programming, pull requests, Git flows, etc.
* Good understanding of software development methods, concepts, and architectures
* Responsibility for frontend, backend, database, and data storage in the Azure Cloud
* Occasional willingness to travel to Essen
