As Director of Games, you'll take ownership of our internal and external game development—from leveling up our existing portfolio to expanding our catalogue across genres. The role will also be at the unique intersection of our scaled integrated rewards platform and our owned and operated casual games.
You’ll lead a team of game designers, producers, and developers as well as oversee a range of external game development teams. Your mission: level up one of the largest casual games portfolio to become an industry leading publisher.
Job Requirements
* 6+ years in mobile gaming, with a focus on product or production roles
* A track record of leading teams with larger games portfolios—ideally hypercasual and casual
* Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs and user behavior in an ad revenue based context
* Strong leadership and project management skills; experience leading cross-functional teams
* Excellent taste and product sense—you know what "good" looks like and how to get there
* Data-informed decision-maker who moves fast and learns faster
* A collaborative builder who thrives in lean, iterative environments
Bonus Points
* Experience with Unity and game development pipelines
* Exposure to live ops and IAPs
Job Responsibilities
* Own the internal games roadmap: Design and lead prioritization of the development and game acquisition roadmap
* Drive execution across the portfolio: Oversee the development lifecycle of a large portfolio—scalable iteration and improvements across many titles
* Lead the team: Manage and grow a high-performing group of producers/designers/developers
* Define success: Establish and track KPIs across engagement, retention, monetization, and fun
* Champion creative rigor: Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and feedback loops
* Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with the Justplay product and engineering team to ensure alignment on goals and delivery
* Be hands‑on when needed: Whether playtesting, giving design notes, or jumping into sprint planning
