AVP - Head of Ingredients, Flavors and Fragrances - Executive Search
Nexus Search is retained by a leading €b B2B Ingredients manufacturer, supplying the Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical industries with clean-label ingredients & APIs. They are beginning a global operations transformation, and this newly created role is part of their global harmonization as they look to integrate their network.
You will design, build, and execute a Global Quality strategy alongside the executive leadership team, responsible for harmonizing all sites and future M&A sites. This is an end-to-end Quality role (QA, QC, Quality Systems & Compliance).
They are seeking candidates with 10-15+ years of experience in Food/Pharma or B2B Ingredients, with experience managing a regional or global end-to-end Quality function.
The role can be based in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland, with travel required.
