As part of ECC’s Member Readiness team we work to ensure that companies get access to the ECC cleared commodity markets as fast and efficient as possible. Customer satisfaction is close to our heart, but equally important are well-structured and secure processes as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your tasks:
As a ECC Membership Manager you are a
* Multi-tasker: You work on several different processes at the same time, respond to internal and external clients in a timely manner, support international project teams to further improve service depths and service quality within EEX Group.
* Client-supporter: You support our clients throughout the onboarding process and throughout their membership at ECC and our exchange partners. Performing technical member & user setups and related administrative tasks based on pre-defined processes and checklists is part of the job.
* Forward-thinker: You look at a problem, work out how it becomes an opportunity and implement it by collaborating with others to improve processes & systems

Your skills:
* Degree in business, economics, or finance and experience in a similar position in banking, energy/ commodity markets and/ or economics
* Customer orientation, open mindedness, high flexibility and determination
* Structured, self-dependent, efficient, and pro-active way of working with a passion for details and complex tasks
* You are familiar with conceptual and agile working methods, able to think in solutions and are keen to optimize processes & systems
* A personal attitude of being self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with internal and external partners on all levels
* Strong skills in MS-Office, especially Excel
* Excellent communication and language skills both written and verbal in German and English are a must; French or other languages are highly desirable
