Job Description
* Field assessments and data collection (e.g., development, plant health, yield)
* Independent planning, execution, and supervision of field trials
* Operation and use of modern technology, digital systems, and agricultural machinery (execution of sowing, crop management, and harvesting of trial plots)
* Documentation, evaluation, and management of trial results
* Ensuring trial quality and adherence to standards and deadlines
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training as an ATA (Agricultural Technical Assistant), Plant Technologist, Farmer, or Master Craftsman, or a completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Crop Production, Agronomy, or a related field
* Practical experience in field trials or crop production is an advantage
* Technical understanding and interest in modern trial technology
* Independent, structured, and reliable working style
* Team player with a willingness to work outdoors
* Computer skills (MS Office)
* Valid Class B driving license (Class T or BE is an advantage)
