Your Responsibilities Manage strategic relationships with the German Army and key defense stakeholders to support long-term partnership success Develop and implement account strategies aligned with organizational objectives and defense- sector needs Identify and pursue business opportunities within the defense market, driving growth through tailored solutions Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and the German Army, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution Build and maintain relationships with political decision-makers and government bodies to advance business priorities Track legislative and regulatory developments affecting defense procurement and advise internal stakeholders accordingly Your Profile Strong expertise in defense and security solutions, including deep knowledge of military procurement processes Proven strategic sales leadership in complex, high-stakes environments Experience in government affairs, public relations, or advocacy Ability to analyze markets, assess opportunities, and support informed bid/no-bid decisions Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Willingness to travel within the assigned region Proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on approach Very good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage We offer you An opportunity to actively shape the future of our globally operating company and further develop your career.
