The Role As a Junior Account Executive (DACH), you are joining a mission-driven team that doesn't just sell software; we are a young, high-energy German squad that improves the daily lives of frontline workers. You will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by managing the sales cycle from start to end. Your role will focus on learning and applying sales strategies, building client relationships, and contributing to our DACH expansion. What you’ll do Managing the full sales cycle for top target accounts, from lead qualification to deal closure, under the guidance of senior Account Executives. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales Engineers, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Presenting product value to prospective clients, collaborating with Sales Engineers to demonstrate how our SaaS solutions meet their needs. Learning and applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify leads and provide accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce. Gathering customer requirements, understanding their business challenges, and aligning solutions to their needs with support from senior team members. Collaborating with marketing and partner teams to execute strategies that maximise lead generation and sales opportunities. ✅ What we’re looking for 0–2 years of experience in SaaS sales (SDR, BDR, or Junior AE) Strong interest in consultative selling Ability to manage shorter sales cycles independently Structured way of working and strong follow-up discipline Motivation to grow into a full-cycle strategic AE Curiosity about HR-tech / workforce management If you also have the following, we consider it a plus: Working with Workforce Management / HCM / Talent Management / Payroll or other related SaaS software; Having knowledge of sales methodologies. An understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology would be advantageous Experience in frontline work, such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, etc. Why Quinyx?
