If you have a solid technical and commercial background, and are excited by the idea of representing an innovative brand in front of international customers, this role could be your next career move!TasksSales Leadership: Take charge of all sales activities within the DACH region, from market analysis to developing new strategies that drive growthCustomer Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process to close successful dealsProject Coordination: Work closely with current customers to coordinate bids, clarify project details, and negotiate terms and schedulesOffer Preparation: Collaborate with the internal tendering team to create compelling technical and commercial offersBrand Representation: Be Nuventura’s ambassador at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, while supporting our marketing initiativesCRM Management: Keep customer data and sales progress up-to-date in the CRM system to optimize your workflow and ensure smooth communicationProject Handover: Once a project is won, prepare detailed handover documents to ensure seamless execution by the internal teamsProfileExperience: At least 5 years in a technical sales role, ideally in electrical engineering or switchgear, or products aimed at the same customer segmentsTechnical Knowledge: A strong understanding of switchgear, electrical products, and the ability to communicate complex technical details in an accessible waySales Expertise: Comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle—starting with cold outreach and building lasting customer relationshipsEducation: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in selling complex technical products (preferably in the switchgear space)Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales goals with minimal supervisionProblem-Solver: A quick thinker who can adapt to new challenges and prioritise effectivelyLanguages: Fluent in German (both spoken and written).
