The Position As Manager Finance Reporting & Planning, you will lead and coordinate all financial planning, reporting, and controlling activities within Finance Controlling Global Supply - Animal Health. Acting as a strategic financial advisor, you will translate operational assumptions into robust financial plans and proposals, ensuring compliance, transparency, and accuracy. You will steer and monitor operational costs across global supply and indications, providing actionable insights to support decision-making. In this role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to various stakeholders in Finance Animal Heath (AH), with responsibility for planning, steering, and monitoring budgets and actual costs. Your expertise will enable proactive financial management and alignment with organisational objectives. This position is limited for 2 years. Tasks & responsibilities In your new role you will bethe first contact to Global Supply AH and Global Finance AH regarding all finance-related topics. Moreover, you will coordinate financial planning, analysis, and reporting within Global Supply AH, working closely with both Global and Local Supply Controlling teams as well as AH business partners. You will consolidate financial data reported by AH Global Functions and AH Operations sites. Your focus will be on improving, simplifying, and automating financial planning and reporting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide transparent and timely financial information at the AH Global Supply, function, and network levels, while supporting the development of conceptual controlling methodologies and processes. Additionally, you will prepare and present financial analyses and contribute to international projects within AH Finance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and other group functions. Requirements Master's degree or comparable in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar Multiple years of relevant work experience in Finance & Controlling positions (preferred in Animal Health and/or Operations) Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting / forecasting and reporting Excellent know-how of financial systems, data modeling, analytics software and MS office standard applications, affinity for empirical analysis Strong communication and presentation skills of complex topics Fluent in English in all aspects Ready to contact us?
