As Head of Sales (Insurance), you’ll take a leading role in shaping Enzo’s partnerships with the insurance industry. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our partners to help them unlock the full potential of Enzo’s one.This role requires a mix of strategic depth, empathy, and hands-on drive. You’ll set the tone for how Enzo builds partnerships: customer-first, data-driven, and execution-oriented.
Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example - personally engage, negotiate, and deliver, while progressively developing and mentoring future team members as Enzo scales. Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee key insurer projects end-to-end, ensuring structured execution, clear accountability, and seamless coordination across Product, Operations, and Data teams.
Hands-On Commercial Driver: You’re a proactive doer who enjoys being close to customers - from first meeting to strategic rollout - always ensuring value creation and tangible outcomes.
Project Leadership & Balanced Management: You know how to design and deliver complex initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and balance leading by example with mentoring others as the organization scales.
Fluent in German and English.
