Required skills and qualifications:
* A degree or higher education in business administration (BWL), economics, psychology, or a similar field.
* Experience in recruiting, either as a recruiter, HR specialist, personnel manager, or HR generalist.
* Proven ability to successfully fill positions with diverse skill sets.
* Proactive approach and hands-on mentality.
