Responsibilities Lead and steer the global BPO program for Finance (AP, AR, GL) and selected HR processes across multiple Business Units. Support Business Units in developing transition and transformation plans, including identification and mitigation of key risks. Establish and maintain consistent program governance and coordinate client and vendor project managers. Manage dependencies, risks and resource conflicts across workstreams and elevate critical issues in a timely manner. Monitor timelines, budget and delivery quality and provide concise reporting to governance boards and senior leadership. Experience & skills In‑depth, hands‑on experience in Finance process outsourcing transition and management, especially AP, AR and GL. Experience in HR outsourcing is a plus. Several years of experience in managing complex transition and transformation projects in a Finance/Shared Services context. Ideally, experience in Finance Shared Service Centre operations management. Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills in an international, matrix‑based environment. Very good command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel regularly to Düsseldorf and occasionally overseas. The global BPO program covers the outsourcing and management of key Finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) across three Business Units (North America, Asia Pacific, Europe/Africa) as well as selected HR processes in one Business Unit (Europe/Africa). The project is in the implementation phase: the preferred vendor has been selected, the detailed service scope defined, and the business case validated.
