HR Coordinator / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/f/d)
To support our HR team we are searching for a HR Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Responsability for the HR administration along the entire employee life cycle
2. Digital support for our employees with focus on Germany
3. Maintenance of the personnel systems of the electronic personnel file
4. Independent preparation of all certificates and working papers (employment contracts, references, vacation certificates, etc.)
5. Administrative support for HR business partners in all personnel administration activities
6. Close cooperation with our HR business partners and Division Managers
7. Preparation of documents for the on-boarding process
8. Administration and employee support in the use of electronic time recording
9. Organization of further training measures and language courses as well as cooperation in HR projects and support in HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
10. Completed commercial training
11. Professional experience in human resources is an advantage
12. Very careful and precise way of working with a high level of commitment and flexibility
13. High integrity, discretion, absolute reliability and a distinctive “hands on” mentality
14. Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
15. Good knowledge of MS Office, initial experience with HR information systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
16. Ability to work in a team and enthusiasm, strong communication skills and initiative
17. The contract is limited to one year, with possibility of extension
