Tasks
Solution Design Ownership & Governance
* Own end‑to‑end functional and solution architecture for SAP Sales and Omnichannel processes across Amer Sports
* Act as a key architectural authority, defining, governing, and approving solution designs in line with SAP standards, clean‑core principles, and global IT governance
* Ensure seamless end‑to‑end process integration across Sales, Logistics, Finance, Retail, and E‑Commerce
IT Process & Transformation Leadership
* Play a leading role in global Sales initiatives and major transformation programs, including the ECC to S/4HANA journey
* Drive alignment between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners
* Set quality standards for functional specifications and oversee their execution to ensure scalable, robust, and globally reusable solutions
SAP S/4HANA Functional & Architectural Leadership
* Lead functional design and configuration of SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA for complex fashion and vertical business scenarios
* Provide thought leadership for advanced Sales processes, proactively managing cross‑module dependencies and architectural impacts
* Guide teams toward harmonized, future‑ready Omnichannel solutions while balancing standardization with brand and regional needs
Retail & E‑Commerce Omnichannel Enablement
* Act as a senior solution authority for Retail and E‑Commerce capabilities across all brands
* Lead Retail solutions using SAP CAR POSDTA and SAP CAR AMR
* Drive E‑Commerce and omnichannel scenarios using SAP CAR OAA and OPP, enabling click & collect, ship‑from‑store, and cross‑channel fulfillment at scale
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure enterprise‑level stability and reliability of SAP Sales solutions in close collaboration with the support organization
* Mentor and guide support teams, driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
* Serve as a recognized subject‑matter expert and sparring partner for SAP Sales and Omnichannel solutions globally
Requirements
* 8+ years of SAP experience in complex, international or multinational environments, with a proven track record in global solution delivery
* Hands‑on involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (minimum 2–3 years), ideally in large‑scale or multi‑brand landscapes
* Deep functional expertise in SAP Sales (SD), preferably within Fashion, Sports, or Consumer Goods industries
* Strong expertise in:
* Business Partner and Customer Master Data
* Advanced sales order scenarios (Drop Ship, Third Party, Make‑to‑Order, Value‑Added Services)
* Pricing, output management, and printing
* Advanced ATP and Backorder Processing
* Solid experience supporting both Wholesale and Direct‑to‑Consumer business models
* Strong understanding of Omnichannel Retail and E‑Commerce processes
* Expert knowledge of SAP CAR solutions (AMR, OAA, OPP)
* Experience with SAP Fiori activation, customization, and productive usage
* Sufficient technical understanding of ABAP and IDoc processing to collaborate effectively with development and integration teams
* Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel occasionally to other Amer Sports locations
