About the Role:
Are you passionate about online marketplaces and eager to gain practical experience in Amazon operations? Join us as a Working Student (or Intern) in our Amazon Department, where you’ll support key processes that drive our success across European Amazon marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK, and beyond).
This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of eCommerce, digital marketing, international sales, and regulatory strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Amazon Operations Support: Assist in managing and updating product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with marketplace requirements.
* Document & Compliance Management: Help organize product documentation, ingredient lists, and certifications needed for listing approvals and compliance with EU Amazon standards.
* Translation & Localization: Use internal tools to translate and adapt content (titles, bullet points, A+ content, etc.) into European languages. No language proficiency required—just an eye for detail.
* Label & Mockup Coordination: Work with our graphic design team to support localized packaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
* Market & Competitor Research: Analyze trends, best sellers, keywords, and customer reviews across different Amazon platforms to support listing optimizations.
* Regulatory Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory authorities (e.g., Ministries of Health) to facilitate approvals and ensure documentation is Amazon-ready.
* Digital Filing & Records: Maintain an organized digital archive of product documents, labels, and legal records for easy reference.
What We’re Looking For:
* Currently enrolled as a university student in Business, Marketing, International Relations, eCommerce, or a related field.
* Strong interest in eCommerce, Amazon marketplace, and international business.
* Structured, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or marketplace operations (a plus!).
* Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
* Fluency in English; German or other European language skills are a bonus.
