Supply Chain Planning Director (SAP IBP / Kinaxis) €120,000 - €160,000 base bonus Remote, with occasional EU site visits We're seeking a Supply Chain Planning Director to lead and evolve the global SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role responsible for aligning commercial goals, operational capabilities, and financial plans through a fully integrated planning framework. You'll drive global demand and supply planning, lead executive SIOP forums, and act as a key interface across sales, marketing, operations, procurement, finance, and IT to ensure planning excellence, scenario-based decision-making, and long-term readiness. Responsabilites: Lead and execute the global monthly SIOP cycle, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and capacity Chair executive SIOP meetings to support scenario-based decisions and trade-offs Oversee global demand and supply planning across sites, ensuring full process integration Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, procurement, finance, and R&D Own planning for NPI launches, including forecast readiness, capacity strategy, and risk tracking Define and monitor key KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, capacity utilisation) Support product lifecycle management (Make-to-Stock reviews, phase-outs, etc.) Act as business lead for advanced planning tools (e.g. Kinaxis, Intuiflow, SAP IBP, FuturMaster) Ensure strong data governance and planning process standardisation across the network Lead planning-related digital transformation in partnership with IT and local teams Experience: Experience working with advanced planning systems (SAP APO/IBP or Kinaxis) 10 years in global supply chain planning, including ownership of SIOP/IBP processes Strong background in multi-site manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical or chemical industry preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level cross-functional planning and strategic decision-making Deep understanding of RCCP, MPS, inventory optimisation, and capacity planning Experience working with advanced planning systems (SAP APO/IBP or Kinaxis) Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing across all levels Fluent in English; French a plus
