Could you be the full-time VIE – SBR Service Project Support in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?
Your future role :
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution and delivery of projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and customer relations), establish and manage reporting tools, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of building and updating a Project Reporting Tool, but also contribute to maintaining the Risk and Opportunity Database.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Establishing a Project Reporting Tool
2. Updating the Project Management Plan
3. Following up on timely project delivery
4. Providing an updated schedule situation, highlighting gaps between actual and baseline
5. Preparing schedule and progress reports for customers, lead units, or partners
6. Applying the Project Schedule Process
7. Generating monthly and weekly reports
8. Driving and maintaining the continuous progress of updating the Risk and Opportunity Database

14. Strong communication and organizational skills
15. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software
