Senior Scientist - Hydrocolloids Expert
The ideal candidate will lead the development and optimization of hydrocolloid solutions for diverse industrial applications. In this role, you will apply scientific expertise to project teams, foster innovation initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of hydrocolloids in various contexts.
* Develop and conduct lab- and pilot scale experiments to create novel applications in food and beverage products.
* Utilize knowledge of hydrocolloids to address technical challenges in food formulation and processing.
* Support projects in non-food applications as needed, driving cross-sector innovation.
For success in this position, a PhD or Master's degree in Food Science, Material Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required, accompanied by at least 10 years of experience in hydrocolloids in R&D settings. A proven track record of scientific innovation, including patents, publications, and/or product development, is essential.
