We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Lead P&A to take ownership of regional commercial performance and lead the regional sales organization. What’s the job all about? As Regional Sales Lead P&A, you are responsible for delivering regional sales and margin targets across the Parts & Accessories (P&A) portfolio. You will translate Business Unit strategies into actionable regional commercial plans and ensure consistent execution through clear KPIs and performance monitoring. This role connects regional market execution with the P&A Business Unit strategy by bringing market insights and customer needs back into the organization. You will lead the regional sales team, build strong partnerships with dealers and key accounts, and ensure effective commercial activation across the region. The position reports to the Regional Sales VP and has managerial responsibility for the regional P&A sales team. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? Regional Commercial Performance Own regional P&A sales and margin performance, ensuring delivery of topline and bottom-line targets. Develop regional business plans that translate Business Unit priorities such as portfolio focus, XLC development, and activation frameworks into clear regional actions. Define and manage local trade terms and promotional conditions in line with Business Unit guidance and financial targets. Performance Management & KPI Steering Monitor execution against regional business plans by defining clear KPIs and tracking progress. Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions to secure target achievement. Ensure consistent execution of sales fundamentals and regional commercial priorities. Team Leadership Lead and motivate the regional P&A sales team, providing direction, priorities, and performance expectations. Support capability development and promote a performance-driven culture across the team. Customer & Dealer Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and key accounts across the region. Drive joint business planning and long-term commercial partnerships with strategic customers. Optimize dealer engagement and strengthen market presence across key retail channels. Forecasting & Commercial Planning Co-own regional sales forecasting at brand and portfolio level. Collaborate closely with Finance and Demand Planning to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with promotions, trade terms, and activation plans. Sales Optimization & Market Activation Optimize sales routing and coverage models based on dealer potential and commercial priorities. Ensure strong in-store activation of portfolio priorities, XLC products, promotions, and visibility standards. Monitor market developments and competitor activity and translate insights into commercial actions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Net sales and gross margin delivery Sales fundamentals execution aligned with the sales fundamentals framework Regional forecast accuracy at brand and portfolio level XLC sell-out growth and portfolio mix development Promotional ROI and trade spend effectiveness Dealer satisfaction / Net Promoter Score (NPS) Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in proximity trade, sports, or consumer durables industries. Strong experience within the German market, with exposure to Central European markets and Italy. Proven experience managing regional sales teams and key account relationships. Strong understanding of trade terms, promotions, and dealer economics. Experience using CRM systems, sales performance tracking tools, and forecasting processes. Strong analytical and commercial skills to translate data insights into actionable plans. Experience working within matrix organizations, balancing regional and Business Unit priorities. Fluent German and English language skills.
