We are looking for a Compliance Manager (SOX/ITGC) to join our Digital division at our location in München.
1. Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs that reflect regulatory requirements, particularly SOX and ITGC frameworks, ensuring full alignment with D2C business regulations.
2. Oversee and coordinate internal compliance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.
3. Liaise with external consulting firms to provide expertise, and insights, and support in compliance audits and assessments.
4. Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for employees to foster understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
5. Monitor compliance risks and control effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
6. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant regulatory bodies.
7. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance readiness, especially during the IPO process.
8. Stay informed of emerging IT risks, cybersecurity trends and updates in regulatory guidance affecting ITGC and D2C Digital businesses.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in compliance management, preferably within a digital D2C business environment or IPO stage environment
* In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven experience working with external consulting firms and coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and identify compliance risks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
