Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

* Develop and manage the planning and scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at the wind farm.
* Ensure cranes are available and scheduled efficiently to meet project timelines.
* Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of necessary components and equipment.
* Maintain constant communication with Site Manager and site teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather changes, equipment availability, or unforeseen issues.
* Monitor project progress and provide daily and weekly updates.
* Optimize resource usage to reduce costs without compromising on safety or efficiency.
* Previous experience in resource and crane planning, preferably in renewable energy projects or construction.
* Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unforeseen changes.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and levels of management.
* Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
* Experience in wind farm operations is highly desirable.
* English language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandatory; Spanish language skills are desirable
