Are you a highly empathetic and communicative individual with native-level fluency in German? Do you thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and enjoy the challenge of solving problems for customers? We are seeking a dedicated German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Malta. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a world-class customer support operation, exclusively handling client inquiries through email and live chat for a leading e-commerce brand.

This role offers the ideal blend of teamwork and personal flexibility through a hybrid work model. You will spend two days per week at our modern office in Qormi, collaborating with your team, and enjoy the convenience of working from home for the remaining three days.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you are the voice of our brand. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding written support that not only resolves issues but also creates a positive, lasting impression. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who can communicate complex information clearly and with a warm, helpful tone.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Email & Chat Management: Expertly manage a queue of incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses in fluent German.
* Problem Resolution: Skillfully navigate a variety of customer issues, from tracking orders and processing returns to providing detailed product information and troubleshooting account problems. Your goal is always to find a solution that satisfies the customer while adhering to company policies.
* Knowledge Hub: Become a subject matter expert on our client’s products, services, and company policies. You will stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and changes to ensure you provide the most current and correct information.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain a consistently high standard of written communication. Every email and chat message should be professional, grammatically correct, and tailored to the individual customer’s needs.
* Data & Feedback: Accurately log and categorize all customer interactions in our CRM system. Your insights will be crucial for identifying recurring issues and helping the team improve our overall service and processes.


Who We're Looking For

While previous experience is a plus, we are more interested in your potential and your passion for customer service. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.

Essential Requirements:

* Language Skills: You must have native or C2-level proficiency in German. This is non-negotiable, as you will be communicating exclusively with our German-speaking clientele. A strong command of the English language (B2 level or higher) is also required for internal communication, training, and system navigation.
* Communication Style: You should possess exceptional written communication skills. Your ability to write clearly, concisely, and with empathy is paramount.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: You are a natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure.
* Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning and using various software applications, including our CRM and communication tools.
* Adaptability: You can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid environment.
