Main Responsibilities
* Prepare, optimize, and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, operating guides, etc.).
* Standardize and update manuals and technical instructions.
* Design graphics, diagrams, and short tutorials to facilitate the understanding of content.
* Analyze current documentation generation processes to identify opportunities to apply (AI) tools, (automatic text generation or modular content systems).
* Collaborate closely with development teams and other technical departments in collecting and preparing information.
* Independently take on specific tasks and projects within the department.
Main Requirements
* Background or some experience in applied computer science, machine learning, data analysis, or AI tools.
* Ideally, experience using technical documentation software such as FrameMaker, Illustrator, or content management systems.
* Good technical understanding of how electronic components are assembled or integrated.
* Interest and basic knowledge of AI applications (ChatGPT, DALL·E, or similar).
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Great attention to detail and skill in explaining complex technical information clearly and attractively.
* Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
