Job Description
Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. The role involves supervising and supporting on-site quality assurance, addressing technical non-conformities, ensuring compliance with change management protocols, assisting in the pre-inspection of anchor cages and foundations in collaboration with Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE, and managing non-conformities and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar software tools.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support on-site quality assurance
* Address technical non-conformities and ensure compliance with change management protocols
* Assist in the pre-inspection of anchor cages and foundations in collaboration with Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE
* Manage non-conformities and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar software tools
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
* Physically fit and able to climb wind turbines up to 180 meters under varying weather conditions
* Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
* Ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements
