Your tasks
9. Contact person for employees for all labor law, collective bargaining law and general HR-related issues concerning their employment relationship or operational HR processes
10. Administrative implementation of all documents within the employee life cycle (contract and entry management, probationary periods, transfers, changes to working hours, certificates, etc.)
11. Preparatory activities for payroll accounting and close coordination with the Payroll Service Center
12. Entering, maintaining and tracking HR-relevant data in the relevant HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, ticket systems)
13. Regular communication and coordination with internal and external contacts, such as employees, works councils or authorities
14. Active participation in optimization, harmonization and other HR projects as well as proactive initialization and implementation of HR projects
15. Technical guidance in the area of responsibility of assigned trainees, interns and temporary workers, etc.
16. (Further) development of HR processes
Your profile
17. Completed training in the commercial sector
18. Several years of professional experience in the HR environment
19. Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
20. High level of teamwork and communication skills
21. Desirable: knowledge of collective agreements and SAP HCM
