Summary:
We are seeking experienced Process Control Engineers to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing automation and control systems across diverse industrial facilities throughout Germany. This position is essential for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of complex manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise in industrial automation to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot control systems, driving continuous improvement in performance, safety, and compliance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to successful system deployment and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor, maintain, and optimize industrial process control systems to ensure peak performance.
* Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and associated automation technologies.
* Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity.
* Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to support seamless operations.
* Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of control equipment.
* Maintain and update technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
* Ensure all systems adhere to safety standards and relevant industry regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Anabin H+ required).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in process control or automation engineering.
* Proven hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, sensors, and industrial instrumentation.
* Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
* German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
* Willingness and ability to travel and work across multiple locations within Germany.
