What are you working on? Genres: Puzzle Platforms: Mobile A mobile gaming company is looking for a product-minded Game Producer who can own a game end-to-end while helping build smarter, scalable content production systems. Specific role focus : in addition to understanding gameplay, marketability, and production, we are looking for someone equally comfortable discussing level generators , difficulty algorithms, validation systems, content pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows . For which tasks (responsibilities)? • Own puzzle/casual game products from concept to launch and live iteration • Identify bottlenecks across the idea to prototype/generation/validation/integration and finally launch pipeline and solve them through automation and AI • Translate gameplay ideas into clear systems, rules, constraints, progression, and content requirements • Define and improve level generation, validation, and difficulty-balancing approaches • Work closely with developers to ensure core game logic remains transparent, scalable, and easy to evolve • Drive product decisions balancing gameplay quality, retention, marketability, and production efficiency What kind of professional are we looking for? • 3 years in mobile games as a Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Designer, or similar role • Experience shipping mobile games, features, or playable products • Strong product ownership mindset and decision-making ability • Systems and algorithmic thinking: solvability, randomness, constraints, progression, difficulty, pacing, and edge cases • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Fluent Russian and English (B1). Nice-to-have: • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools • Experience designing procedural generation systems, content validators, solvers, or automated content pipelines • Ability to prototype ideas independently using AI, no-code tools, JavaScript/HTML, spreadsheets, Cursor, Replit, or similar tools • Background in puzzle, logic, word, sorting, match-3, or other casual games • Portfolio of prototypes, generators, tools, automation workflows, or playable experiments • Experience with analytics, A/B testing, retention, monetization, LiveOps, or UA creative strategy The selection process Recruiter interview Technical interview Tesk task (optional) Offer
