Our Operational and Process Excellence practice is looking for a Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager to join theteam in either Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg.

What you will be doing
1. Get involved from the beginning by engaging with our clients, creating proposals, and showcasing our skills during acquisition meetings.
2. Take charge of implementing consulting projects to streamline our clients' processes and enhance their efficiency.
3. Collaborate closely with our clients to develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable improvements.
4. In the spirit of continuous improvement, you will be instrumental in developing our operational excellence approaches, techniques and tools.
Your skills and experience
5. At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or an internal role focused on "Operational and Process Excellence".
6. Proven expertise in lean management tools, including their development and application in everyday business.
7. Experience optimizing processes in the energy sector,commodity trading, or related industries.
8. A background in change management and/or reorganization projects.
9. Knowledge of organizational agility and new ways of working.
10. Good understanding ofBPM, automation and how AI can help with Continuous Improvement.
11. The ability to take responsibility and achieve results in a complex, customer-focused environment.
12. Strong communication and presentation skills.
13. Essential: Advanced (C1) language skills both in German and English.
