This role will be under Constructor Nexademy which is a innovative education provider specializing in IT professional education for retail and corporate customers in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Reporting directly to the CEO of Nexademy. Role Overview This role is responsible for operational leadership, team coordination, and organisational effectiveness across Germany and Switzerland. The position works closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams and carries significant ownership across people management, compliance, and execution. Direct sales responsibilities are excluded, except for selected communication with governmental and institutional bodies in DE/CH. Responsibilities Team Coordination & People Leadership (in partnership with the HR team) Weekly coordination and 1:1 meetings with team members, ~20 employees Leading and facilitating regular team meetings Aligning priorities, timelines, coordination and execution across functions Interviewing and selection of instructors, and teaching assistants Reviewing employment contracts and HR-related documentation Supporting HR with country-specific (Germany, Switzerland) HR topics and regulations, incl. issuing reference letters (Germany) Management of hiring, onboarding, performance management and separations Vacation discussions and approvals Certifications & Audit Preparation Overall responsibility and quality control for certification processes in Germany and Switzerland and other countries if and as required Coordination of certification work in collaboration with internal teams Audit preparation and documentation Participation in on-site audits when required Operations & Logistics Office coordination and operational support Office relocation planning and execution Monthly travel within the region (Germany / Switzerland) Finance & Administration Invoice review and approvals Salary approvals following HR provider processing Monitoring regulatory and administrative updates Marketing, Partnerships & Institutional Relations (No direct sales responsibility) Participation in selected marketing and industry meetings Coordination of partnerships and institutional relationships Communication with governmental and public bodies in Germany and Switzerland Cross-functional support for marketing planning and initiatives Program & Stakeholder Presence Attendance at program kick-offs and key sessions Organising and leading final project presentations and career-related sessions Acting as an escalation point for operational and participant-related issues Communication & Ad-hoc Support Daily email and stakeholder communication Cross-functional problem solving and operational support Handling exceptions, escalations, and ad-hoc challenges across teams Strategic Contribution Pro-active identification of operational improvements and organisational efficiencies Contributing to long-term structural and process development PROFILE Several years of experience in operations, people leadership, program management, or general management roles Proven experience in line management and leading multi-disciplinary teams Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills with a hands-on mindset Ability to own topics end-to-end, from planning through execution and follow-up Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations Solid understanding of employment-related processes and collaboration with HR teams (especially in Germany) Comfortable handling complex, time-critical, and sensitive topics (e.g. audits, performance issues, escalations) High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Willingness to take operational responsibility and be present where needed Strategic thinking capability combined with a hands-on execution mindset Experience in international or multicultural environments is a strong plus Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage Nice to Have Experience in education, training, or program-based organizations Experience in regulated environments, audits, or certification processes Experience in supporting organizational change or scaling phases Familiarity with Germany / Switzerland operational contexts Key Notes No direct sales responsibility Leadership and execution-focused role with broad organisational impact Hands-on position with strategic responsibility
