Lead the Creation of a Next-Generation Vehicle Platform
Adrasti is developing a new company focused on vehicle platform engineering, vehicle architecture, and next-generation mobility systems.
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time CEO to help shape the strategy, recruit the founding engineering leadership team, and guide the company through its early development phase.
The role will work closely with founders and investors to define the technical and commercial direction of the company and build a scalable vehicle platform business within the European automotive ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership
* Define the vision, strategy, and market positioning for the vehicle platform business
* Identify opportunities within the automotive platform and mobility ecosystem
* Guide development of vehicle platform architecture and systems integration
* Help define the technical roadmap and engineering priorities
* Provide leadership around vehicle systems architecture and platform strategy
* Recruit and mentor founding platform engineering and technical leadership teams
* Define the organizational structure and early hiring roadmap
Industry Partnerships
* Build relationships with automotive OEMs, mobility companies, and engineering partners
* Support development of the technical and industrial ecosystem
Company Development
* Guide the company from concept → validation → early commercialization
* Support investor discussions and strategic partnerships

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Former CEO, founder, or senior executive in automotive or mobility sectors
* Experience leading vehicle platform development or large engineering programs
