Aktuell suchen wir einen Manager Tech Transaction Advisory für ein spannendes Projekt bei einem unserer Kunden.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Projektleitung von Technology-, IT- und AI-Due-Diligence-Projekten im Buy‑ und Sell‑Side-Kontext.
- Projektmanagement, inklusive Zeitplanung, Budgetsteuerung und Koordination aller technischen Workstreams.
- Erstellung von AI-Due-Diligence-Analysen, inklusive Reifegradbewertung, Datenstrategie, technischer Machbarkeit und Innovationspotenzial.
- Erstellung investitionsrelevanter Business Cases, basierend auf technischen Erkenntnissen und kommerziellen Auswirkungen.
- Business Development Aktivitäten, z. B. Proposal-Erstellung, Pitch‑Vorbereitung und Angebotsprozesse unterstützen.
- Leading Technology, IT, and AI Due Diligence projects in buy-side and sell-side transaction contexts.
- Managing all project-related activities, including timeline planning, budget control, and coordination of all technical workstreams.
- Conducting AI Due Diligence assessments, including evaluation of AI maturity, data strategy, technical feasibility, and innovation potential.
- Developing investment‑relevant business cases, based on technical findings and their commercial implications.
- Supporting business development activities, including preparing proposals, pitches, and contributing to the overall bid process.
Anforderungen:
Must Have:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Tech Transaction Advisory, mind. 3 Jahre im Umfeld von Due Diligence oder M&A‑Beratung.
- Zwingender technischer Background in Computer Science, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, um komplexe Technologie-Setups fundiert bewerten zu können.
- Tiefgreifende Expertise in Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Due-Diligence-Projekten, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Private-Equity-Firmen und Investoren.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Bewertung von IT-Landschaften, insbesondere Architektur, Infrastruktur, Skalierbarkeit, Security und Compliance.
- Sicheres Verständnis von ERP-, CRM- und Datenplattform-Landschaften, einschließlich Systemintegration und Skalierungsanforderungen.
- Ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Bereich AI, insbesondere bei der Bewertung des AI-Reifegrads, der Datenstrategie, technischer Machbarkeit und Innovationspotenziale.
- Starke Fähigkeit, technische Analysen in kommerzielle Business Cases zu überführen, inklusive Impact-Bewertung und Ableitung von Wertschöpfungspotenzialen.
- Beratungserfahrung auf Senior-Level im Transaktionsumfeld, insbesondere im Umgang mit Investoren, Private Equity und internen Due Diligence‑Teams.
- Several years of experience in Tech Transaction Advisory, with at least 3 years in Due Diligence or M&A advisory environments.
- A strong technical background in Computer Science, Informatics, or Business Informatics, enabling the candidate to thoroughly assess complex technology setups.
- Deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, including direct collaboration with private equity firms and investors.
- Solid experience in assessing IT landscapes, particularly architecture, infrastructure, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and data platform landscapes, including system integration and scalability requirements.
- Advanced competence in the field of AI, especially in evaluating AI maturity, data strategy, technical feasibility, and innovation potential.
- Strong ability to translate technical analyses into commercial business cases, including impact assessment and identification of value creation opportunities.
- Senior-level advisory experience in transaction environments, particularly in working with investors, private equity stakeholders, and internal due diligence teams.
