What your days might look like
* Giving our existing content a home on platforms, posted with intention
* Building a calendar that feels alive rather than mechanical
* Running Meta Ads campaigns with curiosity about what works, and patience for what doesn't
* Watching the numbers, not as pressure, but as quiet feedback
* Answering messages and comments like a host answering the door present, kind, unhurried
* Sharing what you're learning with us each week, in whatever form feels natural
Who we hope to meet
* Someone fluent in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager both online and offline not just technically, but intuitively
* A person who reads data the way others read poetry: looking for meaning beneath the surface
* Comfortable working alone, across distance, without needing to be reminded of what matters
* Someone whose English is clear and considered (German is a lovely bonus, not a requirement)
* Above all: someone who values quiet excellence over loud activity
