Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre Construction Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany International Building Services Contractor €70,000 to €80,000 DOE package The Company This established building services contractor has been delivering large-scale mechanical and electrical projects across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe for more than four decades. Operating across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, logistics, healthcare, commercial, and energy sectors, the company has built a reputation for delivering technically complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Due to continued expansion across Europe, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Frankfurt. The Role: Electrical Supervisor The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day electrical site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in accordance with project quality standards. Reporting to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager, you will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to coordinate electrical installations through to commissioning and handover. This role is ideally suited to a qualified electrician with supervisory experience on large-scale M&E, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects. Must Have Requirements Must be a fully qualified Electrician. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar site-based leadership role. Experience managing electrical subcontractors and direct labour on construction projects. Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, health and safety requirements, and quality standards. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Preferred Experience Data centre project experience preferred. Experience managing commissioning and project close-out activities beneficial. Previous experience working on large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects advantageous. Experience using digital project documentation systems preferred. Nice to Have Qualified QC Tester certification. Previous Project Management experience. Experience working on European construction projects. Knowledge of BIM and digital construction platforms. Key Responsibilities Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in compliance with project health and safety requirements. Coordinate toolbox talks, RAMS implementation, permits, PPE compliance, and site safety procedures. Prepare and manage short-term look-ahead programmes and site planning activities. Coordinate labour, plant, tools, equipment, and materials to support programme delivery. Supervise electrical operatives, apprentices, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor productivity and maintain labour tracking records. Manage electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Coordinate site deliveries and material requirements. Attend project meetings and communicate progress updates to project teams. Manage project-specific scheduling requirements and support programme delivery. Oversee commissioning activities and support successful project handover. Manage snagging activities and ensure timely close-out of defects. Maintain project records and document management systems. Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company procedures. About You You are a hands-on Electrical Supervisor who enjoys leading teams and driving high-quality project delivery on site. You have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme performance. You take pride in delivering projects to the highest standards and enjoy working as part of a collaborative project team.
