important to us that you want to make a difference! We are looking for a full-time position in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as of now: Head of Change & Project Management (all genders)
Your tasks:
* Foster collaboration by organizing onboarding, training and surveys, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders to improve program efficiency and expand contributions
* Drive convergence by leading the Summit Business Analyst & Architect community and supporting transformation projects
* Facilitate alignment with business units, support migration plans, and track progress through documentation
* Prepare the organization by facilitating communication and collaboration to support the transition to the new platform and way of working
* Track progress through KPIs, manage project tools, and support budget definition and tracking
Your profile:
* You hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline
* You bring extensive work experience with a strong track record of success in relevant fields
* With your strong communication skills, you can present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* You build strong interpersonal relationships across teams and functions
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or any other European languages is a plus
