WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Technical leadership responsibility of a returns team
* Ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes as well as their coordination and monitoring
* Active participation in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows
* Ensuring day-to-day business in compliance with defined KPI’s and service levels
* Organization of employee onboardings and continuous monitoring of the training status
* General support of the Division Manager as well as conducting shift meetings, team meetings and feedback sessions
* Responsibility for the workplaces (safety, cleanliness, functioning of work equipment and orderliness)
WHO YOU ARE:
* Completed education, preferably in the field of logistics, trade or comparable desirable
* two years of experience in managing employees is an advantage
* good knowledge of German and English
* Assertiveness, communication skills and diplomatic skills
* independent working style, high sense of responsibility and organizational skills
* Good PC skills (MS Office) and experience in working with ERP systems
* Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
