We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven, target-oriented individual with a talent for business development. With over 5 years of experience in the white goods market, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships within DACH Region
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers within DACH region
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Strategically manage and support existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Navigate the competitive landscape, staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve defined sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent strategy and customer experience.
- Report on sales results and forecast future market potential.
Qualifications
- Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the power supply market.
- Technical background and extensive market knowledge, including an understanding of competitors.
- I strong network with Tier 1 OEM customers within DACH region
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a business developer mindset.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts within the designated region.
- Technical acumen and industry experience are critical.
- Fluency in German and English.
