Role Summary
Senior Associate / Director (m/f/d) in Operations & Supply Chain focused on the Food & Beverage industry in our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice.
This role leads and delivers large, complex engagements for private equity-backed food and beverage companies, working closely with PE deal teams and operating partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production and manufacturing facilities.
* Analyse operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance.
* Gain shop‑floor insights by engaging plant leadership, operations teams, and customers.
* Identify and quantify value‑creation and cost‑improvement opportunities.
* Develop end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps with impact assessment, risk mitigation, and implementation plans.
* Lead execution, oversee deliverables, and manage teams and client relationships.
Qualifications
* Extensive professional experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or adjacent manufacturing sectors.
* Proven experience with private equity sponsors and PE‑backed portfolio companies.
* Deep functional expertise in manufacturing, supply chain operations, S&OP, plant consolidation, operational excellence, lean, Six Sigma, TOC, or value engineering.
* Experience engaging with C‑suite executives and PE deal and operating partners.
* Fluency in English and German at native level.
