Your Responsibilities as VP Operational Resilience (f/m/d)
* Supporting the team in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the second line Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk Management frameworks in line with regulatory requirements and best practices
* Review and challenge the Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk Management Framework owned by the first line of defence
* Assess the design and operating effectiveness of Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk control measures
* Advise on risk appetite and measures specific to Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk in line with the organizations risk appetite framework
* Support in the second line review of the planning, execution, results and reports of Digital Operational Resilience Testing including threat-led penetration testing (TLPT)
* Monitor compliance with internal (Policies, Standards) and external (Regulations) requirements
* Support in preparing management information reports/presentations to ensure that management have the relevant information needed to support operational and strategic decision-making
Your Qualification and Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Basic understanding of risk management principles and control frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with GRC tools is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Basic understanding of how (banking) regulations need to be translated into internal requirements in policies and standards, and implemented via processes and governance
