EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not available). Ready to relocate to Portugal and begin as soon as possible. Strong sense of responsibility, emotional maturity, and attention to detail. Previous moderation or customer experience is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided.
