What you will do as a Technical Project Review Solar Permit Preparation Create accurate solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, client processes, SLAs, productivity goals, and quality standards. Follow assigned schedules and maintain professional, responsive communication. Participate actively in weekly meetings, 1:1s, and team huddles. System Activation & Onboarding Assist homeowners with account setup, system activation, and commissioning. Verify system data accuracy (production, consumption, battery performance, connectivity). Confirm PTO status and system readiness and guide customers through app setup and basic features. Customer Support & Education Educate homeowners on energy production, consumption, and battery functionality. Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools. Communicate technical details clearly and in customer‑friendly terms. Troubleshooting & Resolution Resolve activation and monitoring issues (e.g., offline gateways, missing data). Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer support for escalations. Document issues, solutions, and follow‑ups in CRM and service systems. What We're Looking For Engineering graduates preferred; or other technical course graduates with at least one year of hands‑on experience using AutoCAD or exposure to solar‑related projects. 1–3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the solar or energy industry.
