Sales Director (Europe) – New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Testing Solutions
Location: Bergkirchen (near Munich), Germany
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the European NEV
* testing market.
* Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
* Prospect and onboard new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
* Lead market expansion initiatives, including trade shows, conferencesetc.
* Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.
Requirements:
* Languages: Fluent in English and German. Proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/business development within automotive testing, certification,
* or related B2B sectors.
* Skills: Proven track record in managing enterprise clients, negotiating contracts, and executing
* market strategies.
* Attributes: Strategic thinker, strong network in automotive industry, willingness to travel.
* Technical knowledge of EV/NEV components.
* Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
