About Us
As the
Network & Communications OT Team Leader
, you'll manage the technical eam that ensures our renewable assets stay securely connected and online. This hands-on role combines technical oversight, customer engagement, and team leadership — keeping data flowing reliably while driving improvements in service quality and cyber-compliant operations.
What You Will Do
* You will lead and develop a technical team focused on network and communications support
* You will oversee 1st-level monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
* You will manage the lifecycle of routers and gateways, including setup, commissioning, maintenance, and replacements
* You will ensure secure configurations aligned with ISO27001 standards and Zero Trust principles
* You will maintain and improve standard operating procedures and escalation processes
* You will collaborate across teams, including Asset Operations, Operational Technology, the Control Centre, IT, and other internal stakeholders
* You will work directly with customers on technical solutions, as well as commercial, financial, and billing topics
* You will drive continuous improvement in response times, fault reduction, and overall service quality
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Experience leading or coordinating a technical/network support team
* Strong hands-on expertise with routers, VPNs, firewalls, and industrial communications
* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles (ISO27001, Zero Trust)
* Background in SCADA, IT, or OT connectivity troubleshooting
* Strong customer focus, including comfort with commercial and financial topics
* Excellent organizational, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German
* Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset
