To strengthen our Controlling team, we are looking for a Controller(m/w/d) for our headquarters in Bremerhaven (hybrid) with immediate effect: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS DIVERSE AS OUR PRODUCTS: Preparation of monthly financial reports, including flash closing and final closing Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements in close cooperation with the accounting department Performing profitability analysis to support strategic decision making for our restaurants Ensure daily and weekly automated reporting and continuous optimization of related processes Proactively perform ad hoc analyses and prepare presentations and decision papers for management Preparation of budgeting and forecasting, including a detailed overview of all relevant cost lines at restaurant level IN ADDITION TO ENJOYING FISH, YOU HAVE: Completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling / finance or comparable qualification First practical experience in the field of controlling / finance Very good knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing reports Team player with strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels, with the ability to create target group-oriented presentations Curiosity Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach Motivated, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility Fluent in English, German is a plus WHY JOIN US ON OUR JOURNEY?
