We are seeking a highly creative and experienced
Graphic Designer
to join our team and design high-converting, eye-catching ads for FB paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to design content that captures attention and drives action on these platforms.
Responsibilities: Design static and animated ad creatives for FB, and other paid media platforms. Collaborate with our paid media team to develop visuals that support campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Understand the principles of ad performance and create designs that are optimized for conversion (including A/B testing designs). Stay up-to-date on design trends, social media algorithms, and best practices for paid media creatives. Work on multiple campaigns and deliver assets in a fast-paced environment. Research current trends
Requirements: Proven experience in creating ad creatives for Facebook (Portfolio required) Strong knowledge of the Facebook Ads Manager A solid understanding of graphic design principles, especially in the context of digital ads. Ability to work with limited guidance and turn creative concepts into high-performing ads. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working hours: 6am - 2pm EST (Monday - Friday)
