Key responsibilities / You will get to:
12. Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
13. Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
14. Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
15. Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management
16. Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
17. Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
18. General contribution to Allianz Consulting
19. Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
20. University degree or equivalent experience
21. Operational insurance business and/ or consultancy experience for more than 5 years
22. Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
23. Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization as well as training and lecturing
24. Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
25. Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills
26. Strategic and operational management experience
27. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
28. Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired requirements:
29. Extensive insurance business experience and knowledge
30. Extensive project experience
31. International work experience (min. 24 months)
32. Prior leadership experience
33. Trained in project management
