Aufgaben
Key responsibilities / You will get to:
* Manage project streams and work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
* Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
* Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
* University degree (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting
* Solid knowledge of financial services (insurance, banking, asset management)
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong stakeholder communication skills across seniority levels
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (incl. complex functions)
* Experience with AI tools and data-driven approaches (e.g. leveraging AI for analysis, automation, and presentation preparation)
