LOCALIZATION SPECIALIST (M/W/D)
BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:
* Contribute to both strategic and hands-on localization work
* Partner with the Speech Technology Team to localize content across multiple languages to prepare our products for international markets
* Support tooling and workflow improvements to adapt to changing technology
* Collaborate closely with the Localization team, Product Managers and other stakeholders to align speech features with customer needs
* Apply linguistic rules and convert them into machine‑readable formats
* Work with rule‑based language systems and templates
* Research domain-specific terminology and jargon
* Create, review, and maintain linguistic assets
* Drive broader translation and quality improvements
YOU HAVE:
* A bachelor’s degree in a linguistic discipline
* A strong multilingual background
* Preferably several years of relevant professional experience
* Experience with linguistic concepts, grammars, and language rules
* Ability to work with rule‑based systems, technical formats, and template‑based content
* Experience with localization workflows, language technology, and world‑wide localization systems
* Exposure to Speech technologies or NLP‑related tasks
* Understanding of localization requirements for model training (speech recognition, TTS, LLMs, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
* Effective communication skills across developers, linguists, and project managers
* Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is nice to have
